Below are four of the most important questions to ask to insure there are no surprises once you or your child begin the process of earning a drivers license.
Do you offer pick and drop off for driving lessons ?
Yes! CrashCourse is one of not many driving schools to offer free pick up and drop off for driving lessons.
Are all of your driving instructors currently licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation?
We only employ licensed driving instructors, even our support staff who work in our offices we require certification. All staff also undergo periodic background checks and are required to complete at least 30 hours of professional development per year.
What is your driving lesson availability especially for your teen programming?
Be careful to choose a driving school who will set your teenager up to complete all driving lessons during the state required six month holding period. At CrashCourse we schedule all driving lessons upfront and in advance to ensure program completion in a timely manner. We also will periodically close enrollment to new students to maintain a healthy driving lesson calendar.
Do you provide written feedback after every driving lesson?
Students receive our RealTime Lesson Report™, via email, after each driving lesson. Our report gives students and parents a snapshot of what was done during the driving lesson. It offers customized tips and suggestions for practicing with parents and videos of how to improve your driving skills.
