  • Teach on the road using our lesson plans & route standards

What you’ll do
  • Coach safe, calm, defensive driving with clear, encouraging feedback.
  • Follow pickup‑location standards; keep vehicles lesson‑ready.
  • Document progress in the Real‑Time Lesson Report™ before the next pickup.
Schedule, compensation & growth
  • PT or FT • $20–$21/hr (+$1/hr Spanish premium)
  • On‑site, on‑road shifts aligned to demand (primarily Mon–Fri; occasional weekends optional)

  • Growth ladder total band: $20–$26
Path & reporting
  • Reports to Manager of Instruction (MOI).

Program Coordinator (Student Services & Scheduling)

  • Coordinate schedules, student services, and instructor support
  • First to pick up customer calls; set the tone for service
  • Partner with MOI to implement the scheduling scheme & weekly capacity plan
What you’ll do
  • Own rosters, lesson calendars, and classroom/BTW scheduling; resolve conflicts quickly.
  • Work with the MOI to implement the scheduling scheme and plan across routes.
  • Be the first line of support via phone, email, and text with clear SLAs.
  • Maintain accurate records in our LMS/CRM; prepare completion docs and reports.
  • Billing follow‑up on outstanding fees; set up payment plans where needed.
  • Continuously improve processes using simple metrics (on‑time lessons, no‑show rate, NPS).
Schedule, compensation & growth
  • Full‑time • $22–$26/hr (+$1/hr Spanish premium)
  • In person: Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm; occasional weekend events (~4/year)

Path & reporting
  • Reports to CEO; transitions to DOO as we expand.
  • Partners closely with MOI to execute scheduling patterns.

WI certification quick checklist

  • We provide the required 40‑hour training (or accept DPI/9 credits per WisDOT).
  • We cover state fees and pull driving records (incl. out‑of‑state abstracts).
  • Age 19+, valid non‑probationary DL, 2+ yrs licensed driving.
  • Complete DMV assessments; we provide study support & paid prep time.
  • Satisfactory record: no tickets or accidents in the last 4 years.
