+$1/hr Spanish bilingual premium (all positions)

  • We provide the vehicles — well-marked, highly visible, with dual controls
  • Teach on the road using our lesson plans and route standards
  • Deliver an excellent student experience every ride
  • Complete a Real-Time Lesson Report™ after each lesson
  • Paid 40-hour instructor training • We cover state fees and pull driving records
What you’ll do
  • Coach safe, calm, defensive driving with clear, encouraging feedback.
  • Follow pickup-location standards; keep vehicles lesson-ready.
  • Document progress in the Real-Time Lesson Report™ before the next pickup.
Path & reporting
  • Reports to Manager of Instruction (MOI).
  • Total instructor salary band: $20–$26 — clear room for growth via internal promotion.
Schedule, compensation & growth
  • Employment: Part-time or Full-time. Hourly $20–$21 (plus +$1/hr Spanish bilingual premium if applicable).
  • Schedule: On-site, on-road lesson shifts aligned to student demand (primarily Mon–Fri; occasional weekends optional).

Program Coordinator (Student Services & Scheduling)

+$1/hr Spanish bilingual premium (all positions)

  • Coordinate schedules, student services, and instructor support
  • First to pick up customer calls; set the tone for service
  • Partner with MOI to implement the scheduling scheme & weekly capacity plan
What you’ll do
  • Own rosters, lesson calendars, and classroom/BTW scheduling; resolve conflicts quickly.
  • Be the first line of student & family support via phone, email, and text with clear SLAs (you’re the first to pick up the phone).
  • Work with the MOI to implement the scheduling scheme and plan across routes.
  • Maintain accurate records in our LMS/CRM; prepare completion docs and reports.
  • Do billing follow-up on outstanding fees, including setting up payment plans when needed.
  • Continuously improve processes using simple metrics (on-time lessons, no-show rate, NPS).
What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years in coordination, operations, registrar, scheduling, or customer support roles.
  • Great communicator; calm under pressure; thrives in a fast, service-oriented setting.
  • Comfort with modern tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, calendars, basic CRM).
  • Detail-driven and systems-minded; enjoys turning chaos into clean workflows.
  • Based in Milwaukee area; this is an on-site role (Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm) with occasional weekend events (~4 per year).
